Psychotherapy

When mental anguish cannot be overcome alone or with the help of family and friends, psychotherapy can be helpful. In therapy, the patient is encouraged to talk freely about whatever comes to mind. This leads to the development of a gradual understanding of his/her/their  conscious and unconscious behavior in the here and now. If rehearsed patterns of behavior can be deconstructed, it is possible to work together to find different approaches to decision-making and new scope for action.

Therapy for children and adolescents

Children and adolescents can benefit from external support if they are displaying an increase in conspicuous behavior such as aggression, withdrawal, despondency or similar caused by stressful events or difficult phases in their development.

General conditions

As a rule, therapy sessions take place once or twice a week over an extended period. Fixed appointments can be arranged for this purpose. Costs may be partially reimbursed by the health insurance provider (if an officially recognized illness is diagnosed).
